Old Pueblo Traders - Never received the item I ordered
I ordered a white turtleneck but received a 3X black half slip. I returned the slip and requested the turtleneck be sent. Received an email that a refund was given instead of getting the item I ordered. Will not order from this company again since apparently they don't know what they are doing!

Old Pueblo Traders in Tucson, Arizona - They don't read anything from customers.
I ordered 2 pairs of slacks for my 94-year old mother. They shipped one pair and back ordered the other. The first pair didn't fit, so I e-mailed them to tell them not to bother shipping the second pair (as a return response on an e-mail they sent me). Weeks later, they still shipped them and when I returned them, even though I had a letter of explanation in with the returns, claiming it was their fault they shipped the 2nd pair, they still charged me $9.95 for shipping them back to them. Old Pueblo Traders - Clearly a subpar business
Treated an even exchange as a return and wanted to charge $9.99 (coincidentally the price of the item I ordered). Completely outsourced customer service team with no public relations skills. Old Pueblo Traders used to be a reputable business but apparently it was sold. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Old Pueblo Traders - Foreign operators
Is this a foreign company or is it an American company. Then why must we be put thru the torture of taughting to people who do not understand the English language well enough to handle problems, that can get very intricate. We are already calling because we have a problem, and then we have to go thru the agony of people who only understand a rudimentary form of English, just to save money.
