Old Pueblo Traders - Order never received
I submitted my order on 5/4/18. Then received another email on May 11th that my order had been shipped.
The last tracking date stated that my shoes were in Grapevine, Texas. This morning, the tracking notice says my package is at the Dallas USPS.
Let's see if I receive them today and I will update you. This is not what "John the manager" told me last night, saying nothing was ever shipped.
I ordered four pairs of shoes two weeks ago. When I called at the end of the first week, I was told that one of the shoes was on back order and I then canceled that particular shoe.
Nothing else was on back order. The customer service reps can hardly speak English and kept reading from a script on when the order was placed and when it should be received. Per their email, yesterday was the latest that the order should have arrived. No other communication came from the company.
I asked to speak with a manager tonight and had to redial twice, the first time my call was dropped into voicemail. The man who said he was a manager said that because I ordered on line, there should have been an additional 8 days tacked on to my ETA, but that was never noted in their email when they thanked me for the order.
I will never again buy anything from this site and anyone wanting shoes should go to dsw.com and spare yourself. They are utterly unprofessional, a complete failure at communications and delivery.
